The staff here were incredibly friendly and assisted with all our requests, the room was spacious and bright, comfortably fitting three single beds.

The small hotel was brilliant. The rooms were brand-new and good sized with separate bathrooms.- Booked the property for its stunning location really close to the Conservatory overlooking the gardens and lovely cottage.- I loved 

The room is tastefully decorated with all the modern essentials like an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a TV.

Enjoy a satisfying breakfast with fantastic food, great-sized nicely furnished rooms with excellent bathrooms, and situated in a particularly good location in a quiet area.

The location is magnificent and beautiful, it's right by a lovely cottage, spacious, private garden area, Scarborough, Whitby and North Yorkshire Moors and a very good pub.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

The location was stunning and amazing, near shops! It was also not far from lovely cottage, spacious, private garden area, Filey and Scarborough, and conservatory.

We enjoyed this stay. The hotel was well-organized and exceptionally comfortable, nevertheless we stayed for 5 nights only. The place had a family atmosphere. The breakfast with toast, yoghurts, fruits was satisfactory.  

This place offers a pet-friendly, well-lit room with amenities like an iron, ironing board, work desk, and TV.

I was upgraded to pet-friendly and brand-new family room with view. The staff was really very friendly in all services. Lovely and perfect location, it was adjacent to the garden, the Conservatory overlooking the gardens and Filey and 

Chilled-out base for 5 nights in Scarborough, a well-organized hotel. Satisfactory breakfast for all tastes with toast, fruits, and yogurts.- Magnificent, stunning location in Scarborough, close to a very good pub and a big garden area. 

The breakfast was good with yoghurts and fruits, and the restaurant was nice.
